Newel Bases & Handrails

Newel Bases Newel bases are available in the following lengths (mm): NB510 NB1400   NB610*Pendant NB1900   NB700 NB2400   NB915 Longer lengths are available upon request. *Pendant bases are used when a newel base hangs below floor level. In this situation a decorative cap would be used. Newel bases are manufactured to 90mm sq. as standard, and 70mm sq. for the Beamish pine newel. Larger diameters are available upon request.

		Handrails Theresa Spinks handrails have a slightly more substantial appearance. For use with 41mm spindles: Handrail Baserail Infill   80mm wide x 49mm high 70mm wide x 22mm high 41mm wide For use with 32mm spindles: Handrail Baserail Infill   63mm wide x 47mm high 57mm wide x 22mm high 32mm wide
All handrails are supplied to customer's required length. Larger spindle diameters can be accommodated.

Twisted Handrail Make a feature of your enclosed staircase using the Theresa Spinks twisted handrail. We appreciate that not every home can accommodate a beautiful spindle staircase. That's why we now offer an alternative for those who are looking for something a little different. Our twisted handrail (60mm diameter) is supplied in multiples of 1 metre, ready for self assembly to your desired length. For use with wall brackets as shown to the right.

		The Wall Mounted Handrail The wall mounted handrail, for use with wall brackets, is also available in two widths, 80mm and 63mm. The handrail is moulded on both ends to your specified length.
All are available in pine, mahogany, ash and oak. Alternatively timbers are available on request. Please note: measurements may vary slightly.
